Ecommerce Assistant

Overview

As the Ecommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activity of the Ecommerce and Marketplace strategy whilst supporting the wider Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of Marketplaces and Ecommerce (Shopify)
• Administration and maintenance of relevant platform content and assets
• Support with product listing improvements and updates
• Support all Ecommerce and Marketplace Sales, Pricing, Reporting and Forecasting
• Support marketplace account verification and support tickets where required, being the first port of call for all escalation issues
• Support wider Marketing team through ongoing campaigns and merchandising
• Help analyse the Market & Competitor and benchmark to identify opportunities
• Working closely with Ecommerce Executive and external agencies

Key skills

• Previous experience with Amazon, EBay and/or Ecommerce Platforms would be advantageous but not essential
• A good understanding of an online business and commercial awareness
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload and multi-task is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record of building strong, cross-functional relationships
• A dynamic self-starter, results driven – with the ability to hit the ground running
• Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player
• A business or marketing degree desirable but not essential
